LAYTON — Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh paid homage to former Utah Jazz guard John Stockton during a trip through the state Thursday. He wore a retro jersey of the Hall of Famer while visiting youth football camps.
“He means a lot to our family,” Harbaugh said before speaking at the annual All Poly Camp at Ellison Park in Layton.
The connection, Harbaugh explained, involves his wife Sarah. Her brother Andrew Feuerborn attended a Utah Jazz home game as part of a Make-A-Wish request during Stockton’s playing days.
