Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson was fined $35,000 by the NBA for his role in an altercation and for throwing his headband into the stands during the game against the Pistons on December 19th. Clarkson was one of three players fined for the incident, along with Detroit’s Ron Holland and Paul Reed.

The incident occurred after a layup from Reed when he and Clarkson bumped each other multiple times. Holland then interceded, and both he and Clarkson put up their dukes.
