It's not always the easiest thing. I really encourage those guys not to approach it any other way, except to get better and stay ready.

Shelvin Mack came to the team midseason and took over starting point guard duties and averaged 12.7 points in 27 starts. Raul Neto was just a rookie, but he held down the starting point guard position for 53 games. Jeff Withey provided solid minutes off the bench at the center position and even started 10 games.
