Jazz players with reduced roles urged to stay ready

It's not always the easiest thing. I really encourage those guys not to approach it any other way, except to get better and stay ready.

SALT LAKE CITY — Last year, Joe Ingles was a key contributor off the Utah Jazz bench, making 81 3-pointers in 81 games. Shelvin Mack came to the team midseason and took over starting point guard duties and averaged 12.7 points in 27 starts. Raul Neto was just a rookie, but he held down the starting point guard position for 53 games. Jeff Withey provided solid minutes off the bench at the center position and even started 10 games.
