MIAMI — Joe Johnson only got a small ovation from Miami Heat fans when he entered Saturday’s game in the first quarter.
And at one point in Saturday's 102-91 Utah Jazz win, a Heat spectator behind the scorer's table yelled "Where was that in the playoffs!
