Last night's loss officially dropped the Jazz out of the 8th playoff spot. They are now a half game back of the Kings, and 5 games back of Memphis for the 5th seed. The fact that they are even in the race is due to factors that have nothing to do with the Jazz. These factors include, but are not limited to:
- The Eastern conference improving
- The top 3 teams in the west being lightyears better than the rest of the west.
- The top 2 teams in the west being two of the best teams of all time
- Last year's WC contenders falling face-first off a cliff
And that's okay, because the Jazz's injury problems have completely ruined this season.
