Utah’s youngsters didn’t quite make the cut.
The NBA on Monday announced the voting results for the league’s All-Rookie teams, and while three received votes, no Jazz man made the top 10.
Swingman Rodney Hood, who battled through a number of injuries throughout the year before settling into a nice role as Utah’s shooting guard, received 54 votes in total, including a first-team nod from ESPN radio’s Kevin Calabro. Point guard Dante Exum, whose insertion into the starting lineup helped trigger the Jazz’s late-season push, received 17 votes, including three first-team votes. Exum’s countryman, Joe Ingles, received a pair of second-team votes.
