Former Utah Jazz big man Enes Kanter detained in Romania

Some people celebrate their birthday by blowing out candles and eating cake. As for me, I prefer a quiet night at home with a frosty beverage and my PS4. Meanwhile, former Utah Jazz center Enes Kanter was forced to spend part of his 25th birthday doing something on the more terrifying end of the spectrum.

The Oklahoma City Thunder big man was detained by authorities at an airport in Romania and told that his passport had been revoked by the Turkish government.

In a video posted on his Twitter account, Kanter revealed that upon landing in Romania, he had been denied entry into the country and held under guard by two police officers for hours.
