L.J. Rose isn’t done playing basketball in the state of Utah.
The former BYU basketball guard is one of 14 players listed on the Salt Lake City Stars training camp roster released Monday. The Stars, the NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, start their preseason Oct. 30 when they host the Agua Caliente Clippers.
Rose was a graduate transfer at BYU, playing for the Cougars last season. He averaged 5.5 points, 4.7 assists and 4.8 rebounds for BYU while playing in 24 games. He missed the last nine games of the year because of injury, last playing for BYU in a Feb.
