Derrick Favors is officially back with the Utah Jazz.
The organization announced Wednesday that the veteran forward/center who spent the 2019-20 season with the New Orleans Pelicans has signed with the Jazz. It’s a three-year deal worth nearly $30 million, the Deseret News reported last week, according to league sources.
“Since he joined the Jazz originally during the 2010-11 season, Derrick Favors was an important part of the franchise and community,” Jazz executive vice president of basketball operations Dennis Lindsey said in a statement.
