Utah Jazz starting point guard Dante Exum is on his way back to Salt Lake City after injuring his left knee Tuesday playing for the Australian National team.
Exum was pulling up for a shot after driving down the lane in an exhibition game against Slovenia in Ljubljana, Slovenia, when his knee buckled.
He was treated on site, and will now return to Utah for an evaluation, the Utah Jazz said in a news release.
The Boomers were in Europe preparing for next week's 2015 FIBA Oceania Championships.
