A look at how the addition of Joe Johnson via free agency and the subtraction of Trey Burke via trade could alter the Jazz next season
Utah Jazz general manager Dennis Lindsey certainly didn’t have a relaxing holiday weekend, as he orchestrated two significant moves in signing veteran Joe Johnson to a two-year, $22 million contract and trading Trey Burke to the Washington Wizards in exchange for a second-round draft pick in 2021.
As with every move, these will alter the lineups Jazz head coach Quin Snyder can put out on the floor to varying degrees.
The addition of Johnson will surely be more the more impactful transaction.
