SALT LAKE CITY — George Hill has been a strong addition to the Jazz this year, while Boris Diaw and Joe Johnson have had their moments. Among the young acquisitions in recent years, Rodney Hood impresses me, Trey Lyles baffles me and Dante Exum tantalizes me.
But none of the recent Jazz moves comes close to being as important as the following:
(a) The Miller family establishing a legacy trust to ensure the team stays in Utah.
(b) The announcement that Vivint Arena is dramatically upgrading its food services.
The latter may seem a silly nomination, but try watching a game with a Hires drive-in style burger and a Swig custom soda.
