SALT LAKE CITY (November 3, 2016) – The following is a medical update on Utah Jazz center/forward Boris Diaw:
Boris Diaw was examined Wednesday by the Utah Jazz medical staff and underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) testing at University of Utah Health Care’s Orthopaedic Center. The MRI results confirmed a bone contusion on his right leg. He will continue to receive treatments, and in order to allow the injury proper time to heal, will not play Friday vs. San Antonio and his status will continue to be reevaluated moving forward. Further updates will be provided when appropriate.
