LONG LIVE THE WASATCH FRONT. The Utah Jazz have re-signed Derrick Favors to a two-year/$36 million contract. The contract is a guaranteed for the first year and non-guaranteed For the second year. Many wondered if Derrick Favors would be able to find a big money deal on the market as there were many big men available and not a lot of suitors.

Two year commitment allows the Jazz to keep Derrick for 2019-20 season if desired, as well as keeping his value in summer of 2019 in a trade if they want to.
