The Dallas Wings showed off their new jerseys Thursday at their new home, the College Park Center, during the team’s draft day party.
In their last season as the Tulsa Shock, the team went 18-16 and made the playoffs for the first time in team history.
It was a homecoming for former Irving MacArthur High School standout and current Wings’ guard Odyssey Sims.
“I’m just very excited to be home,” Sims said. “This is a big market. It gives us the opportunity to do a lot more than we did when we were in Tulsa.”
Sims was joined by 2014 WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins, who was limited to only nine games last season because of a torn ACL.
