No matter the record, no team should be taken lightly in the WNBA.
The Dallas Wings (8-10) fell to the Connecticut Sun (4-13), the worst team in the league record-wise 86-83 Saturday at College Park Center.
Wings forwards Glory Johnson and Karima Christmas seized control in the first quarter with seven and six points respectively. Their efforts gave the Wings a 23-13 lead after one.
A 13-1 run to start the second quarter put the Sun in front 26-24. The Wings went the first six minutes and five seconds of the quarter without hitting a field goal.
