Head coach Darin Thomas announced the 2018 baseball schedule Thursday afternoon.
The schedule features 27 games at Clay Gould Ballpark, including games against Texas Christian University, University of Oklahoma, University of Minnesota, Dallas Baptist University and Sam Houston State University.
The Mavericks will open their season Feb. 16-18 with a three-game series against Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Following that, the team begins a four-game road stretch Feb. 20-25 with games against TCU, South Dakota State University, Bradley University and Stephen F. Austin State University.
The team returns home to host TCU on Feb. 27 and a three-game series against Wright State University on March 2-4.
