Senior Justin Domangue capped off his UTA cross-country career at the 2019 NCAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Domangue became the first athlete in program history to earn All-American honors after his 36th-place showing in a field of 253 runners. He clocked in at 31:17 in the 10-kilometer race.
Earlier this month, the Alvarado, Texas, native finished at a program-best fourth place in the NCAA South Central Regional to qualify for the meet, becoming the only UTA athlete to compete in multiple NCAA Championships.
Domangue is the seventh all-time male runner to make the national meet in UTA history and fourth since 2016.
