Insult was added to injury for the Dallas Wings (9-12) as forward Glory Johnson went down with a toe injury and they were swept in back-to-back games over the weekend.
Atlanta Dream forward Angel McCoughtry recorded the sixth triple double in NBA history to give the Wings a 95-90 overtime loss.
After trailing by as much as 18 points in the first half, the Wings outscored the Dream 40-27 in the second half to force overtime.
McCoughtry took over the overtime period scoring seven of her 27 points to propel the Dream to victory.
Wings forward Karima Christmas finished with 18 points, 15 rebounds and four assists.
