2018 Elite CB Christian Tutt (Thomson, GA) will make his second visit to USC for their season opener against Arkansas State, according to 247sports.
Tutt also visited the Trojans with his father in June.
Tutt is ranked as the No. 12 overall player in the nation for the class of 2018, the No. 1 cornerback in the country and the No. 3 player in Georgia.
