Vaughn To Be Inducted Into The Pac-12 Hall Of Honor

Former USC men’s basketball great Ralph Vaughn will be one of 12 conference athletes or coaches inducted into the Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Hall of Honor on March 10, during a ceremony prior to the semifinals of the 2017 Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The inductees will also be recognized on the court during Friday night’s semifinal session.

Vaughn was a high-scoring forward from Indiana who was called “the Larry Bird of his era.” An All-American and LIFE Magazine’s College Player of the Year in 1940, Vaughn was a member of USC’s first NCAA Tournament team that season and helped the Trojans to the national semifinals.
