LOS ANGELES – The first USC training camp practice of 2015 featured more of everything.
More decorations on the walls and room to run as part of an offseason renovation of Howard Jones Field. More fans on the sidelines watching the first of 13 open-to-the-public practices. And, most important, more players on the Trojans roster.
Saturday night marked the first USC practice with a nearly full roster since 2010, when NCAA sanctions forced the Trojans to play shorthanded. USC welcomed a full 25-player recruiting class in February and added four more “blueshirt” recruits Saturday.
