USC Women finish seventh at the NCAA Track and Field Championships

Lady Trojans track and field team finished with 34 points, their most since 2006.

A day after the USC Men's Track and Field team finished fifth at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, the Trojan Women took center stage yesterday and finished in seventh place with 34 points. Oregon won with 59 points. The Ducks also won the Men's side with 85 the day before.

The Trojans seventh place finish was the highest since 2011 when they finished in sixth.

USC placed third in the opening event of the day as Dior Hall, Ky Westbrook, Alexis Faulknor, and Deanna Hill ran 43.
