Who impressed and who left something to be desired in the USC vs. Idaho match up at the Coliseum Saturday night? Spoiler alert: several Trojans looked good against an overmatched band of Vandals.
Who were the studs?
Justin Davis:
After missing the bulk of fall camp and game preparation during the first two weeks, Davis returned to the backfield and immediately had success. The junior totaled 69 yards on his first two carries, scoring USC’s first two touchdowns. He looked as healthy as ever, darting, juking and finding holes in the Idaho defense. With the Pac-12 schedule coming up next week, getting him back into the mix was key for the Trojans.
