DALLAS — USC reserve outside linebacker Don Hill has been suspended for the Trojans’ season opener against Alabama due to a “violation of team rules,” a school spokesman said.
On Friday, Hill was sent home to Los Angeles from Dallas by the staff. The team had arrived in north Texas the previous night.
Hill, as well as inside linebacker Osa Masina, is under investigation for sexual assault by the Los Angeles Police Department, according to a TMZ report.
TMZ obtained a copy of LAPD’s search warrant.
The account details a claim made that Hill and Masina raped an intoxicated woman at Hill’s off-campus apartment July 14.
