Jamel Cook, a four-star defensive back flipped from Florida State to USC, then four-star running back Vavae Malepai flipped from Oregon to USC.
The Trojans also picked up defensive end Connor Murphy (and won a battle with Michigan there) and junior-college defensive tackle Josh Fatu from Long Beach City College.
