USC went into Early Signing Day knowing the 2020 recruiting class would be small, but the Trojans hoped to finish with a bang by nabbing one of the top prospects in the country.
Instead, five-star linebacker Justin Flowe dashed their dreams by picking the Oregon hat and signing with a Pac-12 rival.

Flowe is the No. 4 player in the 247Sports composite. He is the top inside linebacker in the class and the No. 1 player in California.
USC had been eliminated from contention by Flowe earlier in 2019, but he reconsidered the Trojans this December while also looking at Clemson and Oregon.
