With only 36 yards rushing this season, USC freshman Aca’Cedric Ware tends to be forgotten among the tailbacks.
But Ware said he is biding his time until he gets a real opportunity for playing time.
“I’m just being patient. It’s difficult but everybody will get their time,” Ware said. “As long as we’re winning, that’s all that matters. It’s hard. It’s competition. I like competition. It’s nothing new.”
Ware admitted he is not as fast as fellow freshmen Ronald Jones and Dominic Davis, but wants to take advantage of his strength.
“I’m a more physical back than the other two freshmen,” Ware said.
