USC football fans had a rough time watching the center position at times in 2018. With any luck, things will get better in 2019.
Everything revolves around new starting center Brett Neilon, who appeared to win the job with a strong Spring Camp showing and on Friday appeared on the watch list for the Rimington Trophy. That award is reserved for the nation’s top center each year.

Neilon came to USC from Rancho Santa Margarita as one of the best center’s in the class of 2017.
