USC football has put us back in an all-too familiar spot with a feeling that’s getting dangerously close to normal. That spot? The Trojans were once again on the business end of another terrible performance. That feeling? Complete and utter embarrassment.
USC strolled into the Rose Bowl on Saturday to take on a 2-8 UCLA Bruin team in a must-win scenario if they wanted to make it to bowl season. Instead of coming out like their season depended upon it, they played the same mistake-filled game that they have all season and lost 34-27.
