LOS ANGELES >> USC is still exploring two options at punter to replace Kris Albarado.
One is Chris Tilbey, a native of Australia who transferred last fall from San Francisco City College. The other is Reid Budrovich, a walk-on from St. John Bosco High.
“Both of them have their attributes,” coach Clay Helton said.
At one point in camp, Helton said he was dismayed by the production and met with Tilbey and Budrovich.
“We had a very honest conversation,” Helton said. “We brought both in at the same time and said, ‘look guys, a punter is almost like a quarterback.
