It’s no secret that names can trip up even the best spellers, and USC Football has its fair share of tricky ones to remember.
On Thursday USC put some of its players to the test by holding a mini spelling bee of their own.
Quarterback Sam Darnold, tight end Daniel Imatobhehe and safety Chris Hawkins battled each other to be crowned the Spelling Bee champ by spelling the names of a few of their teammates.
In honor of tonight’s @ScrippsBee finals, USC’s Sam Darnold, @_bhex2 and @CHawk_4 competed in a #SpellingBee of their own.
