USC football’s performance against Colorado was typical in every way.
The Trojan defense controlled the game early, limiting what had been a dangerous Colorado offense for long stretches. But, of course, they gave up the big play and conceded ground late to make the game look closer than it was.
Meanwhile, the Trojan offense struggled and sputtered outside of an explosion of 21 points in the second quarter.
