Week 3 for USC football didn’t exactly play out as fans hoped. A test going against BYU in Provo was expected. What wasn’t expected was an overtime loss and an even more disappointing performance.
The Trojans looked more like the 5-7 squad of 2018 than the exciting team who dismantled Stanford the week before.
So how did each unit grade out?
There’s good news and bad news for USC’s defensive line coming out of the BYU game.
The good news is Drake Jackson, Marlon Tuipulotu and Jay Tufele were three of the best players on the field for the defense on any given play.
