Oklahoma’s loss is USC football’s potential gain as four-star cornerback Trajan Bandy dropped his pledge to the Sooners and a new Top 6 on Twitter late Monday.
“Due to the enormous pressures of the recruiting process, I have decided to de-commit from the University of Oklahoma,” Bandy tweeted. “I appreciate the coaches and fans, and would ask that everyone respect my decision.”
Bandy indicated that Oklahoma would still be in the running for his signature, but they’ll now be competing with USC, Miami, South Carolina, Penn State and Tennessee.
