The USC football linebacker well known for his freakishly sculpted physique “failed a PED drug test at the Combine,” according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport, but the explanation for a positive test appears fairly above board.

Gustin tested positive for Adderall, which is on the NFL’s list of banned performance enhancing substance, but he was granted a “Therapeutic Use Exemption” by the NFL, according to Rapoport.
Brady McCollough of the LA Times explained further that Gustin applied for the exemption before the Combine and it was approved at the start of April.
