Cravens has been USC’s best defender through eight games, logging 50 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, including three sacks, three interceptions, three pass break ups and a forced fumble.
As the undisputed leader of the defense, he has also helped guide the Trojans through difficult times as USC fired head coach Steve Sarkisian midseason.
Last year, Cravens was a third-team AP All-American and an All-Pac-12 first team selection.
