LOS ANGELES >> Until his sophomore year of high school, Adoree’ Jackson grew up in Belleville, Illinois, near East St. Louis and 15 miles from a downtown domed stadium that housed the NFL’s Rams franchise for two decades.
Jackson moved to the Los Angeles area in 2011 to attend Serra High School in Gardena, where he became a decorated prep prospect before journeying to USC.
The Rams made the same trek this year, relocating to Southern California.
As they played their first regular-season game as the Los Angeles Rams against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night, Jackson followed along despite losing his hometown team.
