The San Diego Chargers have drafted USC Trojans center Max Tuerk with the 66th overall pick in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Tuerk faced a major injury in his final year at USC and was limited with what he could do at the NFL Combine. He joins a Chargers team that had their struggles up front on offense. Tuerk played multiple positions on the line for the Trojans and could potentially play either Center or Guard for the Chargers. Despite his injury Tuerk has added to his size and strength in preparation for the rigors of NFL Competition.
