It would seem that the Bubba Bolden saga has reached its end, though questions still remain over the safety’s future.
The safety was deleted from the roster in USC football’s game notes for the upcoming matchup with Colorado. As first pointed out by Chris Trevino of USCFootball.com, the notes state that Bolden “no longer is enrolled at USC.”
Bolden, who played in all but one game as a freshman special teams contributor, was slated to start for the Trojans alongside Marvell Tell this year, but his sophomore campaign never got off the ground. Before the season began, he was put on indefinite suspension for an undisclosed conduct issue.
