Days after being completely barred from the USC campus and suspended indefinitely, Osa Masina has been charged.
Masina faces one count of first-degree rape and two counts of sodomy, per ESPN’s Kyle Bonagura.
Osa’s attorney, Greg Skordas, also confirmed with ESPN that his bail has been set at $25,000. In Utah, first degree felonies can “carry out potential imprisonment,” Skordas explained.
All charges stem from the investigation that resulted in Osa being kicked out off school and off the USC football team indefinitely. Teammate Don Hill is still being investigated in relation to the situation.
