LOS ANGELES – Neil Callaway had seen the film. He saw the lack of physical play on USC’s offensive line. He knew what he was getting into as the Trojans’ offensive line coach.
But that was last year. He doesn’t want to talk about 2015.
This is 2016, and Callaway is intent on turning the Trojans’ scattered offensive line into one that will be hard-core aggressive, even feared. He set about his task the day he arrived from Western Kentucky and continues to push the players hard in spring practice.
“We want to be the most physical team that plays (college football),” Callaway said.
