Former USC athletic director Mike Garrett has been named in a sexual harassment and gender discrimination lawsuit, according to the attorneys representing a Cal State Los Angeles athletic administrator.
Senior associate athletic director Dr. Sheila Hudson, who has worked at Cal State LA since 2002 and was promoted to associate athletic director in 2008, accused Garrett of sexually harassing female employees.
According to a press release from Abrolat Law pc, the firm representing Hudson, “upon hire, Garrett called the female employees working under him, including Dr. Hudson, ‘Babe,’ ‘Sweetheart,’ ‘Love,’ and ‘Legs.’”
Garrett also allegedly told at least one student employee, “I love you” and “I could kiss you.
