USC opened Spring Camp on Wednesday, but the action wasn’t happening just on the practice field. The Trojans picked up a commitment from offensive tackle Mason Murphy by the end of the night.
The three-star offensive lineman from J Serra in San Juan Capistrano announced his commitment on Twitter with a graphic tagged, “Ain’t no place like home.”

In a long paragraph, Murphy called his commitment “a dream come true” and thanked his coach, family, and friends for their support.
“Most of all thank you to the USC coaching staff for giving me this AMAZING opportunity to play ball at the next level and get a great college education,” Murphy wrote.
