The Trojans lost one running back commit on Sunday, but quickly gained another, adding four-star back Markese Stepp from Indianapolis to the class of 2018.
Stepp announced his commitment on Twitter, thanking head coach Clay Helton and running backs coach Deland McCullough for “believing in my when others counter me out.”

Stepp officially visited USC last week, a trip which clearly made a big impression. In his tweet committing to the Trojans he cited his mother telling him to listen to the feeling when he found his new home.
