Marcus Johnson Commits to 2018 USC Recruiting Class

Marcus Johnson, a 5-foot-10, 165-pound corner, is rated as the 127th overall recruit in the 247Sports Composite in the 2018 recruiting class. He ranks as the 19th best player in the state of California.

Johnson currently has a dozen Division-I offers, including the likes of national powers like Notre Dame, Nebraska and Tennessee, but ultimately pledges to the Trojans 14 months before Signing Day 2018.

That’s a day shaping up nicely thus far, as Johnson becomes the fourth commitment of USC’s 2018 class. Five-star quarterback Matt Corral headlines the quartet, along with Oaks Christian teammate Bo Calvert, and Narbonne star Raymond Scott, both of whom are four-star linebackers.
