USC first-year freshman cornerback Iman Marshall was named the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in USC’s win over UCLA last Saturday that led the Trojans to a first place finish in the Pac-12 South Division and a berth into the Pac-12 Football Championship Game.
Marshall had 2 interceptions against the Bruins, with the first one setting up a USC touchdown and snapping Josh Rosen’s streak of throws without a pick at a UCLA-record 246. Marshall also had 4 tackles and 2 deflections against the Bruins.
Overall in 2015 while starting all season, Marshall has 56 tackles, 3 interceptions and 5 deflections.
