How much has recent skid hurt Trojans' NCAA Tournament hopes?

LOS ANGELES – USC’s men’s basketball team began this season with 14 consecutive victories, its best start in 46 years, and in January upset fifth-ranked UCLA.

But as it has hit a two-game skid and its conference record moves closer to .500, with another difficult matchup awaiting Thursday at fourth-ranked Arizona, its position toward an NCAA Tournament at-large berth looks a little less secure than a couple week ago.

So, are the Trojans, at 21-6 overall and 8-6 in the Pac-12, sitting in a precarious spot with less than three weeks until Selection Sunday?

Not yet.
