The nation’s number one quarterback in the class of 2020 has decided to keep his talents close to home and attend the University of Southern California following his high school career.
Young’s commitment to join the Trojans was a long time coming, as USC officially extended an offer to him last Summer. Before making his announcement, the Santa Ana native and Mater Dei QB released his top six schools, which included Penn State, Texas, Washington, Alabama, and Oklahoma, which was largely considered the runner up.
Young transferred to Mater Dei from LA Cathedral after JT Daniels announced earlier this year that he would re-classify and enroll at USC in the Fall of 2018.
