LOS ANGELES — USC again leaned on Ronald Jones.
The sophomore running back rushed for 171 yards and four touchdowns, as the Trojans eased past Oregon with a 45-20 victory on Saturday night.
Jones’ four rushing touchdowns equaled a school record one week after he ran for a career-high 223 yards against California.
The last USC running back to reach that mark was LenDale White, who found the end zone four times in a game against Arizona in 2005.
The Trojans became bowl eligible, improving to 6-3 overall and 5-2 in the Pac-12 conference in front of an announced crowd of 74,625 at the Coliseum.
